This series combines pranayama, eye contact, and the childlike playfulness of laughter yoga with other physical practices: partner yoga, juggling, and hula hooping.
It moves from using only human bodies and imagination to gradually introducing objects to play, stretch, move, and laugh together.
The health benefits of laughter yoga include:
☆increasing play, creativity, and flow;
☆decreasing stress, lowering blood pressure, and the body’s perceived pain;
☆increasing endorphins and boosting mood;
☆increasing dopamine, serotonin, and a sense of connection between participants;
☆boosts the immune system and is a good cardiovascular exercise; and
☆increases the lung capacity.
All sessions begin with a laughter yoga warm-up, introductory talk, time to practice and play alone, then practice and play with a partner, a small performance to consolidate learnings, and a laughter meditation.
The goal of the series is to play and explore in a variety of ways while being introduced to laughter yoga, partner yoga, juggling, and hula hooping.

Session 3 : Hula hooping basics and partner hooping games
Session 4 : DIY Silly Circus Games
This Series is for all ages (6yrs<) as it’s never too late to reconnect with our childlike playfulness!
This series is designed for beginners with no background skills required and can be adjusted to the experience of each person, whether a child, adult, solo, or with a partner.

I make DIY circus toys using things that wash up on the beach and upcycled floggers out of old motorbike tires.

Floggers are ideal for

to wear as a tail that can spank,

as a spinning and flow toy,

as a tug-of-war dog toy,

to shoo away insects, and

as a kink toy.

They are available for sale at Majik Juice on Koh Phangan, Thailand or as a special order.
